Job Description

Our Client is a corporately owned Hospital looking to recruit a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their expanding team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

The role is full-time, averaging 40 hours per week, with a rota that includes varied shifts from Monday to Sunday and a 1 in 4 weekend commitment. A full driving licence is essential for this position.

The hospital is a busy, modern facility offering its own out-of-hours service as well as supporting surrounding practices. The team is passionate about providing excellent care to patients and their families. Facilities include a CT scanner, advanced surgical capabilities, and nurse-led clinics, allowing the team to deliver a comprehensive range of services.

The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of nursing, including anaesthesia, inpatient care, assisting in surgeries, supporting consultations, and running nurse clinics. Nurses are given the opportunity to use their skills to the fullest within a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered nurse with a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

State-of-the-art equipment such as a CT scanner, advanced surgery facilities, and comprehensive diagnostic tools are available on site.
