Job Description

About The Role
Our client is looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their 24-hour hospital on a weekend role.

The hospital can offer a varied caseload of routine procedures, emergency and critical care, and specialist works with an ophthalmologist, orthopaedic and soft tissue surgeon, dentist, dermatologist and physiotherapist. It is fully equipped with everything you would expect in a 24-hour hospital, which also now offers laparoscopic spays.

This role would involve all normal nursing duties and you would be supported by a team of experienced vets, RVN trainee nurses and a clinical management team with a wealth of knowledge.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal nurse would be experienced and confident, enjoy working in a busy environment and be proactive. They would also be a good team player and be able to support and encourage others. They would be open to a soon-to-qualified student nurse who would like to take the opportunity to gain some invaluable hospital experience.

The Rota
There is flexibility in this role if you want more ECC experience but don’t want to commit to a full weekend.
