Job Description

The Role
Tempus Recruitment are working on behalf of a practice who are hiring for an RVN.

The clinic has modern equipment including multiparameter monitors, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and a brand-new ultrasound machine.

The Team
They maintain a relaxed, very friendly, and supportive environment with further training supported and encouraged. Their team includes a Clinical Director, Head Nurse, 5 Vets, 5 RVNs, 1 SVN, 2 receptionists and a Practice Manager.

They have a fair rota which allows the nurses to use the skills they trained for. Their nurses rotate equally between Anaesthetics, Theatre, Kennels/In- patient care and Consulting. Their vets value these skills, and this allows their vets the time to give their patients and their owners a high-quality of care.

Staff Wellbeing
They regularly sit down for team meetings to allow their team members the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas and discuss any changes as a team. They believe in a good work life balance and ensure everyone gets a lunch break and plenty of refreshments throughout the day.

The Rota
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week, working Monday – Friday with a share of Saturday morning on a rota basis 1 in 6. There are no OOH required with this role.
