Job Description

About The Role
Our client is looking for a confident and self-motivated RVN, with some leadership experience to join their practice.

The Rota
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week and a Saturday rota of 1 in 4. There are no OOH or on-call duties with this role. Although they pride themselves on being able to offer a healthy work-life balance, with flexible hours and shift patterns to suit the successful candidate.

The Modern surgery has state-of-the-art equipment, including digital and dental X-rays, ultrasound, VGels and multiparameters.

First-opinion nurse duties include monitoring anaesthetics, inpatient care, nurse consults, ordering, and assisting with procedures. They have visiting orthopaedic and ultrasonography specialists so there is an opportunity to assist with these cases.

The Team
Their training practice has a nursing team of five; one HVN, one RVNS, one SVN and two VCAs, which are supported by a team of Receptionists and a Practice Manager.

Ideal Candidate
They are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude. You must be able to work well independently, as well as part of a team within their busy practice. They are looking for somebody who has excellent communication skills, and who is keen to deliver clinical excellence. A clinical coach/supervisor would be advantageous, but this is not a necessity.
