Job Description

About The Role
Our independent brand-new surgeons in Alton are on the search for an RVN to join their team.

The practice is fully equipped with all the mod-cons (multi-parameters, dental Xray, CT scanner, 3 theatres, 2 dental rooms, a procedure/scanning room, and Xray). Being purpose-built, their practices are fully ventilated and air-conditioned, providing a great environment to work. It is impossible to offer high standards without the right equipment.

They care about their clinical standards and work hard to continually improve, aiming to be the best primary care practice they can be. They care about their people, their wellbeing and career development. They care about their clients and aim to go above and beyond, informing their decisions and achieving contextualised care.

The Team
The practice thrives on teamwork, and they work hard to encourage this. They have very low staff turnover and work hard to communicate with their teams, making them feel involved and encouraging them to share their ideas.

Staff Wellbeing
Well-being is not just a buzzword at this practice! They know work-life balance is important to people and aim to achieve this in a number of ways: regular, protected breaks, flexible working, providing a psychologically safe environment with positive communication encouraged, enhanced with practice meetings and VetSafe reporting, supporting out-of-work activities such as Tuesday evening “Spin club” and a new, very popular walking group.

The Rota
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week but part-time hours would also be considered. This can be worked over 4 or 5 days per week.
