Job Description

About The Role
Our client is looking for a practice manager to join their team in Salisbury.

About The Practice
The practice itself hosts a busy caseload from a very loyal client base, established over the last 20 years with a high surgical demand. There are two consult rooms, a theatre, dental and digital x-ray, ultrasound, a K-laser and a pharmacy, which are all supported by their established Nursing and Reception team.

As a Practice Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and growth of the practice. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of their patients, clients, and team members while ensuring a happy work environment and a healthy work-life balance for all staff.

The Rota
The role is part-time, working 16 hours a week, however, there is an option to offer flexibility in terms of hours and shift patterns.

You will take on a key leadership role in the practice, with responsibility for the day-to-day operations, team development, and overall management.

Ideal Candidate
If you are a dynamic leader with a passion for excellence in veterinary care and practice management, they would love to hear from you.
