Job Description

This Independently owned hospital is looking for a new Veterinary Surgeon to Join their team of 12 Vets.

This hospital sees a wide range of patients, from small animals, to furries, to avian and back yard poultry, as well as a wide range of exotics, including reptiles and even zoo animals and is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in other disciplines and will be supported by the team.

As well as having the experience in other disciplines than small animal, this practice is also has on site a specialist in ophthalmologist, orthopaedics’ and an expert dermatologist regularly visits the hospital as week as vets with special interests in Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care and Soft Tissue Surgery.

This practice is also operating referral services for CT scanning, Radioiodine Treatment of Hyperthyroid Cats, Rabbits and Small Furries, backyard Poultry and all treatment of all species of exotic pets including Small Mammals, Birds and Reptiles.

The ideal candidate would be confident in all routine small animal surgeries and consultations, but the hospital would also consider a candidate with as little experience as a 1 year.
