Our client is seeking a dedicated RVN to join their team, contributing to the support and growth of their bustling practice. They are a devoted small animal practice with no out-of-hours (OOH) services.
The team currently consists of three veterinarians and six RVNs. The team is diverse and supportive, extending our camaraderie beyond the workplace through social gatherings and occasional sea swims.
They take great pride in treating their patients as if they were their own, which has fostered a highly loyal and committed client base.
They prioritize their patients and clients by offering 15-minute consultations to ensure thorough and compassionate care. The practice encompasses a wide range of nurse appointments, and they are eager to expand these services further.
Their commitment to the environment has earned them a plastic-free status, reflecting their dedication to sustainability.
To alleviate stress for their feline and canine patients, they maintain separate cat and dog wards and actively promote stress-free vet visits.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who brings experience and confidence in their nursing skills. However, they also value adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow alongside their dynamic team.
