Job Description

About The Role
Tempus Recruitment are working with a practice who are looking for an RVN to join their fantastic, well-established and friendly clinic.

The Team
The practice has a team of 8 Vet Surgeons, 5 RVNs, 1 Administrator, 1 Assistant Practice Manager and 1 Practice Manager who all work closely together to provide a supportive environment for patients, clients, and colleagues alike.

Facilities/Equipment
The practice is well equipped with state-of-the-art equipment providing advanced orthopaedic and keyhole surgery. The team also see a wide variety of cases and has a growing number of insured clients allowing cases to be thoroughly investigated and worked up to a high standard.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be caring, resilient, pay attention to detail and have great communication skills. A strong level of general nursing is required and above all else, you will be passionate and dedicated to providing an outstanding service for their clients and their pets.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of the role will include: Preparing animals for surgery and supporting in surgery, administration of drugs, anaesthetic, and injections, nurse clinics, X-rays, and inpatient care cleaning.

The Rota
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours. Your working time would be split between two branches.
