Job Description

The Role
Tempus Recruitment is working on behalf of a practice that is looking for an RVN to join their lively, fun-loving team.

The Practice
The practice is independently owned and has a key focus on providing a local and friendly service to their pets and their owners. Their team has established a trusted reputation and is expanding at an exponential rate.

They are a training practice with a fully qualified team of Vets and Nurses which is ever-growing to meet demands, bringing different skills and perspectives into the practice. Every pet they see is given the individual attention required and is treated like a member of their family.

Staff Wellbeing
A key component of the practice is to prioritise the well-being of their patients, foster a spirit of exceptional teamwork, and ensure a culture of dedication and compassion among their staff. They hold their team to high standards of care and encourage a positive attitude, with ample support provided.

The Rota
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week over 4 days a week. This means that there would be a 4-day weekend every 3 weeks (Friday – Monday). There are paid lunches and only working 1 in 4 weekends.

Ideal Candidate
They are looking for someone who can work well in a team as well as when they are under pressure. They must also have good telephone manor and good oral/written communication skills. Having a flexible approach to work will be the key to being successful in this role.
