Job Description

The Role
Our client is looking for an RVN to join their small animal practice with their welcoming and friendly team.

The Team
The team at the practice are bubbly and friendly and enjoys working together, with a very low staff turnover rate, the practice creates a fantastic working environment. You will work alongside their team of 3 vets.

They deal with a wide variety of cases each day including complex orthopaedic surgeries and love to work cases to a high standard with state-of-the-art equipment.

By joining them you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential including nurse consults/weight clinics, blood sampling, and monitoring anaesthetics. They’re looking for someone who is happy with nurse consults by backing up vets with routine follow-ups, outpatient medication administration as well and other routine tasks.

Candidate Requirements
To apply you will have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, be cheerful, down-to-earth, and enthusiastic with a genuine interest in animal welfare and fit in with a mostly sane but friendly and helpful staff.

The Rota
This is a role working between 30 – 40 hours per week with no OOH, there is a shared weekend rota of 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:30 am – 4:30 pm).
