Job Description

About The Role
Our client is looking for a Head RVN to join their warm and friendly team at their small animal clinic.

Practice Information
They are due to embark on an exciting refurbishment and expansion, therefore you would be joining the team at a very exciting time.

Duties
Your role will be to help with the daily running of the practice to ensure a high standard of care for Patients and Clients. Nurses are the heart of their practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for their patients.

Ideal Candidate
They are seeking an RVN who will enjoy the challenge of implementing appropriate protocols and getting this achieved. They are looking for a motivated individual with a positive attitude, who is a strong leader who can take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations in the practice and who is keen to deliver clinical excellence.

The Team
You will be supporting and working alongside their current team of 4 vets (one with a certificate in small animal medicine) and 4 nurses plus their fantastic practice manager and front-of-house team and the team will continue to grow as they recruit for the expansion.

The Rota
This is a full-time role, offering flexible weekend/evening rota allowing for a good work-life balance.
