Job Description

This corporately owned group is looking for a Clinical Director to join and lead their team across of their 4 sites.

This is a full time position working 4 or 5 days per week. There is flexibility around days and hours worked. You will be working across all of our sites, therefore it is essential you are competent working sole charge as we are looking for someone who can support the team and work at our branch surgeries as well.

This is a role which will allow you to maintain your clinical skills whilst utilising and developing people leadership and business management skills. Experience in the promotion and development of colleagues along with good knowledge of practice financial stability and growth would be an advantage.

The team are looking for a confident experienced Vet, who has a passion for mentoring and leadership and a drive for implementing ongoing improvement and effective processes that will enable improvement. This could be a step up for you and a brilliant opportunity to lead and nurture a friendly, close knit, team or you may have already been in a similar role. You will have autonomy to lead your team to deliver on our key areas; people, clinical, client and commercial and you will be supported by our excellent support teams and your Regional Director.
