Job Description

About The Role
Tempus Recruitment is working with a practice based in a town outside of Tunbridge Wells who are looking for a branch clinical nursing manager to join and lead their team of nurses.

The Team
They pride themselves in their full nurse utilisation, providing their nurses with great job satisfaction. Their nursing team includes people with interests in a wide variety of areas including senior clinics, weight clinics as well as anaesthesia. They are also supported by their wonderful Patient Care Assistants who work alongside their nurses to achieve the highest standards of care for their patients.

Your main duty is to ensure that the nursing team across the business is managed as effectively as possible to support the growth of the practice. You will also be involved with Health and Safety procedures, team development, rota management, recruitment and line management and the role will be split 80% clinical, and 20% non-clinical to help you achieve this.

The Rota
This is a full time role working 40 hours over 5 days with 1:5 weekends. Shifts are 8 1/2 hours with 1/2 an hour of unpaid lunch, between 8:00 and 7:30.

Ideal Candidate
You will need to have good general nursing experience and great customer service skills, have a friendly and flexible approach, and work well as part of a team.
