Job Description

This corporately owned practice are looking for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team.

This rota for this role is a 4-day week with 1 in 3 half or 1 in 6 full weekends. There are no OOHs requirements.

This is a clinical leadership role, responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional clinical quality and care within your practice as well as overall team performance and engagement, encouraging a progressive clinical culture!

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to drive the practice forward and make their mark with autonomy and clinical freedom!
Your role will consist of providing a high standard of clinical care to your clients and patients, ensuring compliance and encouraging a progressive clinical culture across the team, demonstrating a strong customer focus, managing the consistent delivery of exceptional care across the client journey and supporting your team and help develop skills where required

This practice is well equipped with the most advanced diagnostic techniques such as CT-scan and MRI but also digital X-ray, ultrasound, full inhouse lab and three surgical theatres.

If desired, this role also offers the opportunity to co-own (up to 50%) and run your practice as a Branch Partner allowing for both a share in the costs and profit
