Job Description

Introduction
Our Client is an independently owned two-practice group seeking two Lead Veterinary Surgeons to join their teams, with one vet working at each branch.

Rota Details
These are full-time roles working four days per week, with a 1 in 3 weekend rota and no out-of-hours duties, offering an excellent work-life balance.

Information About the Practice
Each practice team includes a Director, two vets, an RVN Nursing Manager, Veterinary Care Assistants, and a reception team. The practices focus on providing high-quality care with a supportive team culture.

Description of the Role
The Lead Vets will work alongside the Director and Nursing Manager to grow and develop the practice. Responsibilities include consulting, surgery, dentistry, and supporting clinical and operational leadership.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will be motivated and confident, proficient in consulting, surgery, and dentistry. Experience with ultrasound is desirable but not essential as training can be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for vets looking to advance their clinical and leadership career.
