Job Description

About The Role
Our client is looking for a Head RVN to join and manage their team of nurses in a great location.

They are a small animal practice based in a fantastic location with a loyal client base. It is fully equipped with everything you would expect with a first-opinion branch practice.

The Team
The team are friendly and supportive and has an experienced Lead Vet in practice. They all work together to review and improve protocols and this position will involve all aspects of nursing such as assisting the Veterinary Surgeons in daily duties as well as leading the nursing team.

As the Head RVN, you will provide clinical leadership and consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients as well as undertake all general nursing duties. You will also inspire and manage your team, sharing new or evolving practice standards and changes to processes to ensure that they are engaged and developing,.

This role is full-time, and they can offer flexibility in terms of hours and shift patterns.

Ideal Candidate
They are looking for someone who is keen to support and develop their Student Nurses, junior RVNs and Care Assistants and is not afraid to get stuck in and to lead by example.
