Job Description

The Role
Tempus Recruitment is supporting a corporate client with their recruitment needs whilst they are looking for a Head RVN to join their team.

The Rota
This role is full time working 40 hours per week with either 1 in 6 full weekends or 1 in 3 Saturdays.

Facilities/Equipment
The practice has a spacious layout and has recently undergone a refurbishment and is well equipped, with digital x-rays, modern in-house laboratory testing facilities, ultrasound, two operating theatres, separate cat, dog and isolation wards.

Duties/Responsibilities
As part of your role being Head Nurse you will carry out clinical duties such as patient care, admissions and discharges, assisting with surgeries ect, but you will aslo be responsible to hold briefings and engage and coordinate your team to support the most effective running of the buisness.

Applicant Requirements
The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience working to the highest medical and surgical standards, experience working with a team to develop a practice and someone who is competent in clinical examination and surgery. You will also be experienced in coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of each colleague.
