Job Description

About The Role
Tempus Recruitment is working with a client based in Faversham who is looking for a Head RVN to join their team of nurses.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
As the Head RVN, you will provide clinical leadership to the nursing team and consistently deliver exceptional care to your clients. You will carry out all general nursing duties such as supporting with surgeries, patient monitoring and care, and managing medication. However, you will also have additional responsibilities such as engaging and coaching your team, and ensuring all practice standards are implemented across the team to ensure excellent patient care is delivered.

Candidates Requirements
You will be an RCVS registered nurse with experience in delivering exceptional patient and client care. You will be experienced in working effectively as a team and support nurse consults with an understanding of how this contributes to practice performance and efficiency. As well as this you will be able to confidently lead a clinical team and have experience in coaching and influencing skills to get the best out of your team.
