Rota Details
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with no out-of-hours commitments.

Information About the Practice
The practice has recently undergone a full refurbishment and now offers two consult rooms, a dedicated nurse consult room, a spacious prep area, a designated imaging suite, and a large waiting area. It also features a newly kitted-out theatre, modern ultrasound, dental and radiography equipment, and a comfortable staff room. The team works closely together in a positive, supportive environment with an emphasis on collaboration and high-quality care.

Description of the Role
The Head RVN will be responsible for the clinical leadership of the nursing team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to patients and clients alike. Responsibilities include leading nurse consults and schedule 3 procedures, supporting surgical and medical cases, managing admissions and discharges, overseeing medication protocols, and maintaining compliance with professional and operational standards. The role also involves mentoring colleagues, coordinating practice activity, and sharing best practices across the wider network.

The Ideal Candidate
