Our Client is a corporately owned practice/hospital operating as a Community Interest Company with a strong mission to provide accessible and affordable veterinary care. The practice is built around inclusivity, transparency, and clinical excellence, working to ensure that no pet goes untreated due to financial barriers. Working Hours / Rota
This role is 38 hours per week across a 4-day week. The weekend rota is 2 in 9 Saturdays. Part-time applications will also be considered to support flexibility and work-life balance.
Role Description
This is a consulting-only Veterinary Surgeon position, working 15-minute consultations within a varied and busy first-opinion caseload. You will focus on clinical decision-making, diagnostics, case management, and client communication, working closely with a knowledgeable and supportive team. The role offers exposure to a broad range of medical cases while contributing to a service model centred on transparency and accessible care.
Team Size
You will join a friendly and experienced multidisciplinary team within a collaborative, non-hierarchical culture where all team members contribute equally to clinical standards and patient outcomes.
